一、沟通中什么细节需要注意?

语句简短,语速音量适中,电话结束后发email总结谈话内容以及提示下一步动作。

二、什么情形电话沟通更有益以及相应表达?


1.发完精准开发信并确认客户已阅后

表达:Hi xxx, this is xxx calIing from China xxx company, may I speak to xxx?

.....I sent several emails to you xxxdate about market trends,introduction about our company and hot sale products,I wonder if you got a chance to read them?


2.收到参数不明确,数量可观客户质量高的询盘时

表达:Hi xxx, this is xxx calIing from China xxx company, I just received your inquiry about our xxx product xxxpcs. To offer best quote, we still have some information need your help.

1.行业相关参数问题

2.When do you need this? have expected arrival time?

3.问客户的price range not target/budget

和客户约定报价回复时间。


3.回复询盘两天无回复

表达:How do you like it?


4.发样品后

表达:How is testing going on? How long this process usually takes? If the testing pass, what will you need bulk order? I will check our production schedule



5.订单出售后问题时

-道歉

-表明我们会尽快处理,请求客户提供详细视频以及图片

-告知客户大约多久给出原因和解决方案

-Just received your email, very sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have reported your problem to our manager&engineer team, don't worry, we will do our best to solve the problem asap for you. And meantime we need some help from you, could you please us video/picture about xxx, so that our engineer can identify the cause? Many thanks for your help. We will give you solution within xxx after receive your video info.
